This service is provided by Social Cooling FlexCo, Stella-Klein-Löw-Weg 8, 1020 Vienna, Austria.

2. Use of the service

Access requires an account and is limited to authorized staff and invited buyers. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, or upload unlawful content.

3. Quotations & invoices

Quotations are non-binding until accepted in writing. Invoices issued through the platform are governed by Austrian commercial and tax law. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active users via email or in-app notice.
